MAG TEAM REVIEW:

This MGS MAG/ER status report covers the period:
29 June through 5 July 2003 (DOY's 180-186)

MAG/ER instrument temperatures, currents, and voltages are within nominal ranges.

A gif plot of the instrument parameters for the week is located at:
http://mgs-mager.gsfc.nasa.gov/status/sr03180-186.html

Previous status reports for the magnetometer and electron
reflectometer instruments can be selected for viewing at:
http://mgs-mager.gsfc.nasa.gov/status/index.html

The plotted quantities are:
MCP_V-->micro-channel plate voltage
A_MA--->controller current

A_TEMP--->controller temperature
ER_TEMP-->ER temperature
IB_TEMP-->inboard temperature
OB_TEMP-->outboard temperature

There were no instrument commands radiated this period.

The slight increase in A_TEMP during DOY 182 was due to the Mars Relay UHF
experiment.

The small (~30 min) gap at the end of DOY 181 is unexplained.

According to DSN status reports, the large (~3 hr) gap in DOY 184 is due to
DSN problems.

The large (~4 hr gap) in DOY 185 is due to a lack of data playback
(mapping sequence 293).
