MAG TEAM REVIEW:

This MGS MAG/ER status report covers the period:
28 November - 4 December, 1999 (DOY's 332-338)

MAG/ER instrument temperatures, currents, and voltages are within nominal
ranges.

A gif plot of the instrument parameters for the week is located at:
http://blaze.gsfc.nasa.gov/dsr/sr99332-338.gif

The plotted quantities are:
MCP_V-->micro-channel plate voltage
A_MA--> controller current

A_TEMP-->controller temperature
ER_TEMP-->ER temperature
IB_TEMP-->inboard temperature
OB_TEMP-->outboard temperature

No MAG/ER NIPC's were radiated during this period.

The rise in the A_TEMP (+1.2 degrees) and ER_TEMP (+1.7 degrees) seen
during day of year 334 was due to the Mars Relay power on in
preparation for the MPL event on December 3.
